KCDI's Farm Management Training Programme is endorsed by the training arm of Jamaica's Ministry of Agriculture, the Rural Agriculture Development Authority (RADA).
Objectives of Farm Management Unit
1. To increase knowledge of farm management and improve human resource planning in agriculture.
2. To develop technical and managerial skills in those desiring to enter or continue a career in farming.
3. To encourage students to pursue further education in agriculture or veterinary medicine.
