Mr. Donovan McLaren B.Sc, Executive Director, and a Community Development training Consultant by profession with many years of training both national and regionally in the areas of Farm Management and Community Development. Under his stewardship the Institute has made tremendous advancement most noted is the securing of United Nation Special Consultative Status. The Institute is the only NGO from the English speaking Caribbean to secure membership at the United Nation University StEP Initiativeand the English-speaking Caribbean Regional representative for the United Nation Global Compact. Under his stewardship KCDI has secured accreditation to participate in the World Bank and International Monetary Fund Board of Governors Meetings. He is also a Board member of the following organizations: Kevoy International Services Ltd. and the Young Women Christian Association St. Catherine and President of the St. Johns West Community Development Committee St. Catherine Jamaica.
Ruth Wilson (Ms.) Dip.NGO Management (UWI-SCS), Director Special Projects. A Certified Training Facilitator, and founding member of KCDI Jamaica. Under her directions several national and regional projects and programmes have been designed and implemented with regional impact. Most notably are the Farm Management Training programme, the Farm Management Trainer of Trainer programme and Regional Youth Empowerment programme.
Capt. Herman Green B.Sc., JP, F.S.W.S., Corporate Relation and Strategic Planning Director. A Fellow at the Social Workers Society (F.S.W.S) and founding member of KCDI Jamaica with many years of service to the NGO sector both national and international. Capt. Green is Financial Management Consultant and has contributed to the NGO sector in various aspects, Youth Empowerment Programme, Social Development for inner city communities, policy for the local transport sector. As Corporate Relation nd Strategic Planning Director Capt. Green speaks on issues of regional importance to which KCDI Jamaica is involved.
Dr. Margaret Chin, Director - Community Development Lecturer in the Department of Special Education at Mico University College and a part- time lecturer at the University of the West Indies (Mona). She is also a professional trainer. Dr. Chin holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Sheffield in England, an honors degree in Counseling from Western Carolina University (USA) and a Masters degree with distinction in Special Education from Nova Southeastern University,
Mr. Densil H. Pierre Esq, Director. A Security Consultant by profession and the CEO of Rhino Security Services Ltd. and a founding member of KCDI Jamaica Mr. Pierre bring a wealth of knowledge in the areas of regional logistic.
Dr. Lisa Myers- Morgan( Doctor of Plant Medicine Plant Health Management) provide oversight for the Farm Management training Unit. and is the Principal Research Director- Research and Development Division, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. A accomplish researcher with numerous publish research papers. She is currently an expert that sit on the regional committee on the Management of Huanglongbing
Mrs. Nadine Chambers-Goss B.Sc, MA, C.P.R.W, Project Director. Nadine Chambers Goss is a trained Workforce Development and Career Specialist who works on private and public sector projects aimed at achieving national development and workforce improvement.
Her experience includes project planning, implementation and evaluation; preparing grant proposals; developing and optimizing operational procedures, and training. She is a formally trained proofreader with extensive experience in writing and editing. Mrs Chambers Goss is also a certified adult educator.
